I adore yujin, also known as yujin kim. It is an iconic Japanese dish that I just adore. I can’t get enough of that crunchy-salty-crispy-chewy-crunchiness on my tongue. It is, hands down, the best thing on the planet.
yujin kim is the Japanese equivalent of macaroni and cheese, but without the pasta. I mean who hasn’t had that? I’m going to eat it twice, once as a main course and once as a side dish. I do wish that the Japanese would come up with something like this on their own.
In Japan, yujin kim is a popular dish that is served with rice and various toppings. In America, it is also a main dish, but without any rice whatsoever. I prefer the Japanese version because it has rice and a bit of everything. What I really love about yujin kim is that it’s so darn easy to make and so damn good. I don’t know how much more I could eat.
So basically, yujin kim is a dish served with rice and any number of toppings. It is also very simple to make and delicious, especially when you get to the last few ingredients. So it definitely has a place in my kitchen.

I think that yujin kim is pretty much the first thing that I ever made as a kid. I remember making yujin kim with my dad when he was still in high school. We have a lot of stuff for yujin kim in the movie “Killers” so you can see that its just fun to watch. Ive cut my meat with some meat-and-veggies so you can eat it with no problems.
I love that the dishes are made from meat and veggies. Its not all that much work to make them, but its fun to experiment and share with friends.
