The biggest challenge that business owners face today has been the rise of the ‘work-life balance’ model. Most people believe they can ‘stake out’ their time to pursue work, but this isn’t true. Many people are now juggling work and life more than they used to, and this has a huge impact on how they feel.
It’s not just the idea of work-life balance that affects our happiness, it’s also how we feel about it. The work-life balance model of juggling multiple roles and obligations has helped to push a lot of people into a negative place. But in other places companies are less willing to go on to do the right things, and it’s a lot harder for companies to do it.
