rethinking pre training and self training
I was recently watching a video with an author named Daniel Pink. In the video, he talks about the concepts of the three levels of self-awareness and how they relate and are linked. In his words, the first level is the level of ignorance, where we don’t know that we’re actually aware of our thoughts and actions. The second level is the level of awareness, where we actually know what we’re doing in the moment.
What I like about Pink’s video is that it has a good message that is very applicable to so many situations and problems in our lives. He also talks about the third level, where our awareness is so high that we actually are conscious of our actions and can stop ourselves from doing them.
I think the best example of this is the use of the “stop” and “stop” commands. It really shows that our actions are not random, but planned. In the example we see of a person who was on a plane, and did not realize that she was in the middle of a traffic jam. The Pinks guy shows a very clear example of how we need to stop ourselves from doing things that are harmful to ourselves.
The problem with using the stop command is that it is almost impossible to stop if you don’t know what you’re doing; it is as if we are all on autopilot. The stop command is the only command that is impossible to stop if you don’t know what you’re doing. That’s why it’s the only command the player is supposed to make.
You don’t know if you are going to make a mistake. A mistake is something that happens and you’re not able to stop it. Sometimes you might realize you’re making a mistake. Sometimes you might realize you’re trying to do something you shouldnt but you still do. When we make a mistake, we usually don’t give it a second thought and try to fix it. We get over it and try to do something else.
You can’t think about a mistake, and this is a big reason why you have to train. You have to train and train and train, and you have to train until you’re good enough to stop yourself from making the same mistakes again and again and again. You have to train more and more until you’re able to stop yourself completely from making the same mistake again and again and again.
The problem is that if you don’t let go of the problem, then you wont be able to fix it. If you train for a long time and do something that was not meant to be, you might still be able to fix it. Ive found that when I’ve done something that was not meant to be, I’ve always been able to fix it. There’s a reason.
In the original version of the game the rules were “no weapons, no weapons, no weapons” and that was it. Now it’s the same and it’s been since i was a kid.
One of the ways I find that I re-train is when I find that something really important for me has been done but Ive been so busy with other things that Ive forgotten it. And then I go through that time again and I see all the things that have been done that I needed to do but I forgot.
