We fight not knowing there is another enemy, but fighting because we know we need to, and we know that we are on the losing side.

Sometimes I had to take medicine for a week to get over it, but I know that it took a lot of work and dedication to get out of it. Anxiety and depression make it hard to find joy in life, and they are the two most likely causes of suicide.
