I had one of my greatest habits which was to go to the gym every morning at the same time. I did so for years without realizing it but my body told me it needed me and my thoughts always told me to go.
I don’t really care how we get to the gym. I do care how we get to the library. I do love the library. And I will love the library, but my mind is always on the library. If I lose my mind and stop on the way to the library, I will be able to keep my mind on the library. I am not going to stop on the way to the library. It will be fun and I will try to stop on the way.
I love the idea of our bodies telling us when to get to the gym, when to go to the library, and when to stop on the way. I think it is because we are social creatures. In fact, I think it is the most important aspect of our being that we do not actually think about our bodies. We are not self-aware. Instead, we are self-aware only in our minds.
The thing is, we are in the middle of a time loop. When we are, we have to stop and think about our bodies. We are still in the middle of a time loop. Because we are not on autopilot.
This is why I am not much of a gym-goer. For me, a gym isn’t a place where I go to train. It’s a place where I go to learn. But it’s also an exercise center where I exercise. It’s also a place where I take a shower. It’s a place where I take a nap. And that’s just the beginning.
The reason why I don’t do a lot of cardio is because I find it to be boring. But I also find it to be boring because the gym I used to go to as a young person is now filled with all kinds of new machines and equipment. So I have to learn how to use it, and to be completely self-aware I have to learn to do things on my own. Its a lot of learning and a lot of practicing.
One of the reasons I enjoy practicing so much is because I find that it makes me better at the things I do. In fact, I’m pretty sure that the reason I did a cardio routine so often growing up was because it was a way to practice it even harder. The first time I did a cardio routine I was so sure I was going to die that I thought I was going to die every time I did it. I was about to pass out.
