The fact is that the majority of our thoughts and actions are on autopilot. This isn’t necessarily a bad thing either. Our habits, routines, impulses, and reactions carry us through our lives so we don’t have to stop and think about it every time we wipe our ass or start a car.
The problem is when we’re on autopilot for so long that we forget we’re on autopilot. Because when we’re not even aware of our own habits, routines, impulses, and reactions, then we no longer control them they control us. This is what happens when we think that we are the only human on earth. But we are not the only ones. If we learn to control our tendencies and reactions, we can stop ourselves from doing things that we would otherwise regret.

Like most of the others, I think it is a good idea to learn to control our feelings too. We want to feel good about ourselves when we’re out and about, but we also want to feel bad when we’re in our own skin. The problem is that we run into so many people who feel awful and don’t know how to change their ways.
The problem with this is that the people who are afraid of feeling bad about themselves are always the ones who have money. It’s like the saying goes “There are a handful of rich people in this world, but there are a lot of poor people in the world.” If I think I am not feeling good, I might be thinking “What is wrong with me?”.
If we look at how bad we feel in our own skin and how much we can get away with, we can understand that if we just take care of ourselves, we will be happier.
Joe is a character who is constantly fighting himself, and I believe this is a common problem (and a big one). People who feel bad about themselves, who feel bad about their body, who feel bad about their thoughts, and who feel bad about themselves, are the ones who are most likely to suffer from some sort of self-esteem issue.
Joe’s issue is that his body is always in pain. He’s always having to heal himself, and he’s always being told “This is too much for you.” That is just wrong. Joe is a very lucky man. He has a very good body, a good job, and a good life. Why does Joe have to suffer constantly? He should just take care of and love himself.
