As you progress, your body will learn to react more appropriately to your new movement patterns. This is no different in terms of being more aware of your thoughts. As you learn to be more aware of your thoughts, youll no longer be the asshole and become a douche bag. Youll learn to become a douche bag.
All too often, we act as if our own brain is so complex that we just can’t understand it. But that’s actually not true.
