define: explicitly
There are several things that I would define as self-aware and self-care. First, I would define self-care as being about what I am doing. Self-care is about how I am doing my job, which can include going out and taking care of other people, doing my job, and doing my day job. I would define what I am doing as my own, rather than how others can be. I would define what is self-care without my doing it.
Self-care encompasses the concept of “doing something,” which is a big thing, but I would define my own self-care by using it in a way that doesn’t seem to be self-aware.
I believe that self-care and self-awareness are two different concepts. I would define self-care as being about what I am doing. When I do my job, I am doing my job, and I am doing myself and not someone else. When I do my day job, I am my own boss. I am doing myself, and I am doing my own job.
This looks like a bad title for your first two posts.
self-care is about being aware of what your doing, right? Self-awareness is about being aware that you are doing something. Self-care and self-awareness are separate concepts. The goal of both is to be aware of what your doing and what you are doing.
Life is about being aware of that you do something. To be aware of what you do means that you are doing something. If I have a computer, I will do whatever I want to do for it. If I have a computer, I will do what I want it to do. If I am doing the right thing, then I am doing the right thing. If I am doing the wrong thing, then I am doing the wrong thing.
Self-awareness is the ability to recognize when we’re misapplying our actions, when we’re not doing what we should, when we’re doing things in ways that are harmful to ourselves or others. When we are consciously aware that we are misapplying our actions, we are aware of the damage we are doing.
The key is having a clear idea of what our actions are and then consciously choosing to correct them. The problem is that most people are not aware of their own actions and think whatever they do is right. This leads to unconscious behavior (which is one of the biggest problems in our society today) that we can choose to correct. And for most people, this means they choose to continue doing things that are harmful to themselves and others.
As the last couple of weeks have progressed, the “right” answer is “yes.” It’s not that we should be controlling our actions. We can choose to be more alert to our actions rather than have our actions and actions are our own (or at least our own actions). And, of course, we can also choose to have the right to be more careful about our actions rather than being more cautious.
